"Just
released, we tasted this lovely wine just in time to be included in this
month’s tasting. It is jam-packed with ripe berry fruit, spicy with oak nicely
in balance.
It is definitely a keeper, at a very affordable price." John
& Robyn
"This wine is a blend of Shiraz from two distinct parts of the Barossa. The
peppery spice of cool climate Eden Valley Shiraz (60%) is combined with the
renowned licorice and plum characters of the Barossa Valley. Aged for 14 months
in small French oak, the wine has delicate fruit balance with moderate alcohol
and tannin structure leading to a moreish finish. To accompany this Shiraz,
dishes from spicy cuisine through to barbaque and classic roast dishes are
recommended. Winemaker: Con Moshos"
