 We just tasted the newly released Water Wheel 2006 Shiraz from
 Bendigo Victoria - fabulous, GOLD already. You may recall the great
 2004 vintage and maybe some will remember our rejection of the 2005.
 At the same time, we were offered the Water Wheel 2006 MEMSIE Shiraz
 Malbec Cabernet and it stood out as exceptional value. We realised
 the 2006 shiraz component was the secret to the MEMSIE and we therefore
 highly expected the Water Wheel 2006 Shiraz when released would be a ripper!!!

“We’ve sung the praises of this label many times before, and its consistency  and quality continues. This is a big, rich wine, but it’s not hot and heavy.
The voluminous dark berry fruit is very fresh and the tannins are relatively soft. Delicious. Excellent value.”
