Serve Excellent with rare roast beef, roasted or BBQ meats and rich pastas. Cellaring An early drinking fruit driven style best drunk whilst young and fresh. Vintage: Even in a drought year fruit and subsequent wine quality has been high. Temperature moderated during the ripening period allowing the vines to produce intense fruit flavours. Vinification: After crushing the grapes were carefully handled and fermented separately to preserve the flavours of Shiraz and the tannic intensity of Cabernet.
