case. If you buy three dozen then the Magnums will be sent as one case of six
Magnums. No split cases, Magnums to match wine varietal.

TATACHILLA 2003 CABERNET
SHIRAZ PARTNERS
Named in honour of the founding Partners of the Tatachilla winery this
wine is carefully blended with grapes selected from premium South Australian vineyards to provide a full flavoured easy drinking
wine each vintage. Colour Deep ruby
red Bouquet Black pepper and cinnamon Palate
A medium to full-bodied dry red wine rich with luscious
blackberries and plums. The finish is velvety smooth. Serve Excellent with rare roast beef, roasted or BBQ meats and
rich pastas. Cellaring An early drinking
fruit driven style best drunk whilst young and fresh. Vintage: Even in a drought year fruit and
subsequent wine quality has been high. Temperature
moderated during the ripening period allowing the vines to produce intense fruit
flavours. Vinification: After
crushing the grapes were carefully handled and fermented separately to
preserve the flavours of Shiraz and the tannic intensity of Cabernet. The two varieties were then blended after malolactic fermentation.
The wine was sealed with screwcap to ensure premium
quality and retain freshness.

TATACHILLA 2004 GROWERS
SEMILLON SAUVIGNON BLANC
This wine is named after the small band of dedicated Growers
who supply the full flavoured grapes from premium South Australian vineyards
that create the consistent and generous easy drinking style of this white blend.
Colour Light straw Bouquet Lifted tropical
fruit Palate A crisp un-oaked style bursting with ripe tropical and citrus
fruits with rounded weight and texture. The finish is zesty and crisp. Serve
This fresh easy drinking style can be enjoyed on its own or with a wide variety
of foods including salt & pepper squid, fresh seafood and spicy Asian
cuisine. Cellaring Drink young and fresh
Vintage Even in a drought year fruit and subsequent wine quality has been
high. Temperature moderated during the ripening period allowing the vines to
produce intense fruit flavours. Vineyards Grapes were sourced from a
selection of South Australian vineyards with a high proportion from premium
sites in the heart of McLaren Vale. Vinification The grapes for this wine
were carefully crushed and pressed. Cold settling left the juice very crisp and
clear with cold fermentation at 14°C providing the intense primary aromas
characteristic to Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was sealed with screw
cap to ensure premium quality and retain aromatics. Technical Details pH 3.15 TA
6.86g/L Alc 12.5%.
