Each of the wines have a minimum number indicated from which you can makeup
your dozen. You are welcome to buy as many dozens as you wish.
You can add single bottle purchases  from the "Museum Cellared " listing
to your mixed dozen.

 might ensure that the Grandfather Tawny Liqueur is the way 
 to go. Amazingly rich and honeyed with hints of figs, prunes, 
 caramel, and toffee, it is a gorgeous, brilliantly made 
 fortified wine composed of Shiraz and Mourvedre. This brilliant 
 fortified is remarkably light on its feet given its massive 
 richness. Thank good winemaking, great natural extract, and 
 zesty acidity for keeping this wine fresh in spite of its huge

Sad to know this label is no more - Kilikanoon has bought the 
remaining stock and we are not sure under what label it will be released.
We do know that they have been busy at Seppeltfield Victoria cranking up 
the old winery and intend to process fruit this 2008 for the first time in 3 years.
If the same winemaking techniques are adopted, then we should see similar
quality fortifieds in the future.

 This is a top, mature vintage port. As part of a collectors series, its value 
  lies not just in the quality of the  wine - although unquestioned!

WERRINGTON ESTATE (HILLTOPS) is 10 klms South East of YOUNG, NSW  - a cool climate zone. 
The Hilltops Wine Region recently scored Top Golds at the London International Wine & 
Spirit Competition - IWSC (one of the most important wine show in the world) and also 
won the coveted  Jimmy Watson Trophy all in the spate of three years. This has now 
elevated HILLTOPS Wine Region as the DARLING new region in Australia and the World.

The Werrington vineyard was planted in 1997 at approximately 1800 feet 
above sea level. This area of Hilltops is famous as the Cherry Capital of Australia 
and is also an ideal location for premium viticulture and excellent cool climate wines.
