Listed prices are per bottle
when buying a full unbroken case. However, we will mix a dozen
bottle case as long as you order a minimum of 3 bottles of any
one wine unless a higher minimum prevails. You can also add single
bottle purchases from the "Museum Cellared Wine" list to make up
a dozen.
We send in cases of 12 bottles, any less please contact for freight
costs. A 15% discount for exports applies to the wines > $15 in this
list. Prices are ex our warehouse.
Hint: To transfer the wines you want to the order form, highlight the full line
incl. description and price, then copy and paste to the order form and complete
the quantity required. Our PRICES are about 20% below RETAIL, even more in some cases.

It astounds us, every time we try one of the Italian varietals which Aldinga
Bay puts in a bottle, they come up trumps. This wine is big, full of rich
flavours unique to the Barbera grape but within the mould one has come to
expect from the reds of Barossa and McLaren Vale. This wine is extremely
smooth, not a rough edge we could detect has great length of finish and justly
deserves the GOLD Medal it has won. We expect it will go on winning more.

The marzemino grape made with a spritzig finish likens the
wine to a sweetish sparkling red with a front palate of rich
fruit sweetness with a back palate a distinctive dryness.
Refreshing and different. Notes of violet perfume and red
currants exploding with juicy fruit. We enjoyed slightly chilled,
with a free range roast chicken dinner and would equally suit
with a plate of cheese or tortellini and your favourite pesto.

light weight on flavours and balance - mouthfilling from front to back - very savoury
of plums and cherries. Fine textured tannins and if you are a chocolate lover - indulge.
Teach the Italians back home how to make Sangiovese the Aussie way. You may
find this quality in their home country but boy you would pay a lot of Euro.

The palate immediately gives an impression of softness with ripe plummy fruits
balanced with elegant dry powdery tannins and elevated acidity. The finish is
power and structure. Its long firm and tannin dominated with spicy bush tomato
chutney, roasted capsicums, minerals and iodine, dried herbs and violets.
This wine offers an interesting journey into the diversity of Mourvedre.
The Langhorne Creek component has added a lifted spice and a mid-palate softness
which presents a wine that moves away from the traditionally dark and dense nature
of past d’Arenberg Mourvedre wines.

Herbs galore here (thyme, oregano, rosemary) as well as sour cherry,
meaty oak, tobacco and a pinch of bath salts.
It’s gorgeously elegant and sweet - dances across the tongue. Savoury
tannins and spicy acidity give structure and the whole package
comes together beautifully on the finish. One of those ‘the more you
drink, the better it gets’ type of wines. Totally delicious

Again with 14.5% alcohol, the nose was the giveaway of
richness of the Durif to greet the palate. Huge rich
full flavoured deep brick red massive fruit and VERY Moorish.
Thoroughly enjoyed with a thick grilled sirloin steak and
a plate of selected cheese - two of us consumed the bottle

Oldest Vineyard in the Upper Hunter. Was Penfolds Dalwood
Estate with the Shiraz planted by Max Schubert (Grange
Hermitage fame) in 1958 from Magill Estate. Yarraman has
had a few other firsts with both Chardonnay & Gewurtztraminer
planted in the Hunter Valley in 1962.
This one surprised in our tasting, loads of fruit with
so much depth as one expects from old vines - well
