when buying a full unbroken case. However, we will mix a dozen
bottle case as long as you order a minimum of 3 bottles of any
one wine unless a higher minimum prevails. You can also add single
bottle purchases from the "Museum Cellared Wine" list to make up
a dozen.
We send in cases of 12 bottles, any less please contact for freight
costs. A 15% discount for exports applies to the wines > $15 in this
list. Prices are ex our warehouse.

Celine Rousseau was born in Paris and trained in Bordeaux. Celine's winemaking
experience in Champagne, Bordeaux and Languedoc in France and Margaret River
and the Perth Hills in Western Australia combines traditional and modern techniques.
Her skill has been recognised with the award of the QANTAS Medal for most promising
young Australian winemaker for 2002 and is reflected in the success of

Our notes: We both decided this is a food wine. Strong
flavours of citrus, not the normal subtle citrus/lime of
this region. We consumed the whole bottle, that is a plus,

This Riesling comes from 40 year old vineyard on Basil
Roesler Road, Eden Valley. The relatively cool climate
of Eden Valley was an important factor in selecting a site
with warmer north facing aspect. This beautifully contoured
4 ha vineyard was cane pruned to a moderate yield of 7 tonnes/ hectare.
This Riesling is pale green in colour and exhibits classic
Eden Valley characters of lime and delicate floral aromas. Although
quite subtle on the palate, it has wonderful fruit intensity and a
tight and lean acid structure which will see it age gracefully for many years.

Perfumed lime and rose/pot pourri scents make for a brilliant
introduction- this has got both Clare and Barossa Valley fruit
in it, and if you're worried about the Barossa component, don't be.
It works beautifully here. The palate is powerful, long,
characterised by orange blossom, pear and lime flavour and hits the
mark exactly. Drink: Now-2011.

The wine lingered with hints of fresh lime and blossoms. We enjoyed it
