your dozen. You are welcome to buy as many dozens as you wish.
You can add single bottle purchases  from the "Museum Cellared " listing
to your mixed dozen.

  This is a wine that Charlie originally named after a girlfriend. Unlike
 other Rosés in the early 80's, the Rose of Virginia attracted immediate
 attention and helped lift the status of the Rosé.By the early '90's, the
 Rose of Virginia had absolutely triumphed and we have sold out too
 quickly every year since. By the way Charlie triumphed too, he married his
 girlfriend, Virginia, in 1989. The wine is a true light red style showing
 lifted, perfumed Grenache characters of cherry and berry, and a lovely rich
 but crisp and elegant palate. It is incredibly consistent from year to year
 and is best enjoyed in its youth. It is incredibly refreshing and versatile
 in its food matches. The Rose of Virginia should be served at a cool but
 not overly chilled temperature

 The wine is made from Cabernet grapes, and given only a
 few hours skin contact after crushing. This process extracts
 lots of fresh berry flavours and just a touch of colour,
 an attractive vibrant pink. The palate is fine and lively,
 with soft berry characters, and loads of flavour balanced
 by soft acid and just a touch of astringency from the skin
 contact. Drink it chilled, especially  with seafood.

WERRINGTON ESTATE (HILLTOPS) is 10 klms South East of YOUNG, NSW  - a cool climate zone. 
The Hilltops Wine Region recently scored Top Golds at the London International Wine & 
Spirit Competition - IWSC (one of the most important wine show in the world) and also 
won the coveted  Jimmy Watson Trophy all in the spate of three years. This has now 
elevated HILLTOPS Wine Region as the DARLING new region in Australia and the World.

The Werrington vineyard was planted in 1997 at approximately 1800 feet 
above sea level. This area of Hilltops is famous as the Cherry Capital of Australia 
and is also an ideal location for premium viticulture and excellent cool climate wines.
